AWS and Accenture partner with Anthropic to boost responsible AI adoption

Partnerships

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS), Accenture, and AI firm Anthropic have combined forces to facilitate the adoption of customized GenAI technology by organizations, particularly in heavily regulated sectors, such as healthcare, banking, and insurance, to improve innovation, customer service, and productivity while ensuring data privacy and security.

  • The partnership enables organizations to use Anthropic’s AI models through Amazon Bedrock and Accenture's services for customization and fine-tuning through AI switchboards. Teams from Accenture, Anthropic, and AWS will assist with platform engineering and deployment. Accenture engineers will receive specialized training to provide end-to-end support for clients deploying GenAI applications.

  • The partners claim the new combined offering will accelerate the development and deployment of GenAI applications responsibly and securely, thus reducing cost and time to market. A case in point is the partner's collaboration with the Department of Health for the District of Columbia on an intelligent chatbot, which claims to have produced positive outcomes.
