Blue Yonder acquires One Network Enterprises for USD 839 million to enhance supply chain capabilities

  • Blue Yonder, a subsidiary of Panasonic and a leading supply chain solutions provider, has acquired One Network Enterprises. The acquisition deal is valued at approximately USD 839 million.

  • One Network Enterprises is a global provider of the Digital Supply Chain Network that offers real-time, multi-enterprise optimization, orchestration, and collaboration. Following the acquisition, Blue Yonder plans to use One Network's capabilities to establish itself as a leading supply chain solutions company. The unification of both companies' assets will allow real-time optimization, orchestration, collaboration, and decision-making in the supply chain.

  • Analyst QuickTake: This acquisition comes nearly two months after Blue Yonder’s takeover of flexis AG for an undisclosed sum. Blue Yonder was to leverage this acquisition to enhance its supply chain management solutions by offering new capabilities for advanced planning, sales and operations planning, transportation planning, and scheduling.
