Virtual restaurant brand company Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC) has acquired delivery-only brand Man Vs. Fries. Man Vs. Fries is an Instagram concept known for its fries-oriented comfort food items, such as "hella crisp" carne asada fries, the "Hella-Dilla" quesadilla, and the "Cowgirl Burrito".
Post-acquisition, Man Vs. Fries' products will be offered under the VDC banner. VDC plans to integrate the brand's menu with in-house pop-up dining experiences at its partnership locations.
