Passive remote monitoring company Movano Health has raised USD 24 million via a private placement consisting of 45 million units. The funding round included a tier-1 medical device company, as well as participation from Movano Health's management team and board of directors. This brings the total funds raised by the company to USD 59.7 million.
The new funds will be used to cover operational costs and allocated to other general corporate needs. The proceedings, combined with the company's current financial status, are projected to sustain the company's operating plan until 2025.
