Cart.com, a commerce and logistics solution provider, has acquired Amify, an Amazon optimization and advertising solutions provider, for an undisclosed sum.
Amify provides a range of products and services for Amazon sellers to bolster their brands and increase sales and profitability. These include solutions for platform management, advertising, creative content, supply chain strategy, and analytics. The company currently serves over 50 global brands, including The Art of Shaving, Dr Squatch, and Hanz De Fuko.
The company plans to leverage the acquisition to onboard Amify's entire employee base and integrate its marketplace services into the Cart.com product portfolio.
