Cargill has partnered with Voyage Foods, a Food Tech startup specializing in sustainable food and beverage alternatives, to develop sustainable alternatives to cocoa-based products and nut spreads.
Through this partnership, Cargill will become the exclusive B2B global distributor for Voyage Foods and will integrate the cocoa-free range into its portfolio to formulate recipes for bakery items, ice creams, and confectionery. The cocoa-free confectionery line will first launch in Europe, with plans for a global rollout later
