SourceDay and Infor enter strategic partnership for enhanced purchase order management

Partnerships

  • SourceDay has formed a strategic partnership with Infor, a business cloud software provider, focusing on the management of direct spend purchase order (PO) lifecycles.

  • The collaboration aims to improve efficiencies by addressing the gap between ERPs and supplier networks in managing direct material POs by integrating SourceDay’s platform with Infor’s manufacturing and distribution ERPs. Furthermore, Infor has become an official reseller of SourceDay’s platform, which will extend its customer base.

  • Both companies anticipate that this partnership will enhance supplier engagement, data accuracy, and risk mitigation, resulting in improved business outcomes. They also share a commitment to prioritize their customers' success and interests.

  • Analyst QuickTake: In recent years, SourceDay has been leveraging partnerships to offer new solutions to its customers. In February 2024, the company launched the Sourceday EDI platform in partnership with SPS Commerce. The platform enables suppliers and manufacturers to work in their respective business environments while maintaining cross-collaboration through exchanging information about POs, ASNs, and updates.
