Greeneye Technology, an Israeli startup providing AI-enabled precision spraying solutions, has raised USD 20 million in a funding round led by Deep Insight, with participation from existing investors Syngenta Group Ventures, JVP, Orbia Ventures, and Eyal Waldman, and new investors Iron Nation and Amol Deshpande.
The funding will be utilized to expand Greeneye's operations in the US and advance its technology’s analytical abilities into new crops and inputs. Greeneye claims to help farmers grow corn, soybeans, and cotton across ~200 million acres in the US.
Greeneye’s AI-enabled precision spraying technology identifies and sprays chemicals on weeds with a high level of precision, minimizing environmental damage and financial strain for farmers.
