ZEDEDA, a company specializing in Edge management and orchestration, has rolled out a new offering named "ZEDEDA Edge Sync." The solution addresses connectivity obstacles in Edge deployments that lack consistent access to the cloud.

ZEDEDA Edge Sync helps monitor and manage fleets of edge nodes, particularly in disconnected environments. It provides key features such as node management during network interruptions, support for fully air-gapped deployments, and a management and monitoring API for customized integrations and applications. 

Analyst QuickTake : The company recently secured USD 73 million in Series C funding to expand its sales and marketing efforts and accelerate its research and development activities. This additional funding comes in response to the growing demand for Edge computing solutions. Additionally, the company welcomed Lisa Edwards, an experienced operations professional, to join its board of directors.
