Google and its research lab, DeepMind have released Med-Gemini, an AI model focusing on medicine to enhance the understanding and processing of medical data.
The model reportedly comprehends language and conversation, understanding multimodal and reason with long context. Additionally, the model is built with self-training using web search integration, multimodal fine-tuning, and specialized encoders. Moreover, the companies claim that it can assist with complex diagnostics, handle multifaceted medical dialogues, and process vast electronic health records efficiently.
