Foretellix and Geely partner for safe and efficient large-scale deployment of autonomous vehicles

Partnerships

  • Foretellix, an Israel-based developer of verification and validation platforms for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous vehicles (AVs), has partnered with Chinese car manufacturer Geely to aim at the large-scale deployment of AVs with increased safety, efficiency, and reduced R&D costs.

  • The companies plan to incorporate Foretellix's “Foretify” platform into Geely's testing and validation processes, facilitating synthetic data generation, automated testing, and virtual simulation analysis.

  • This collaboration will help Geely identify and address complex AV scenarios faster, improving operational design domain (ODD) coverage and accelerating AV commercialization.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Foretellix reportedly serves “dozens” of large automotive companies, including Volvo Group and DENSO Corporation, and today’s collaboration will add Geely to the list.
