Honeycomb, a provider of digital landlord and homeowners insurance, has raised USD 36 million in Series B funding. The round was led by Zeev Ventures, with participation from Arkin Holdings, Launchbay Capital, Ibex Investors, Phoenix Insurance, and IT-Farm. The total funds raised by the company now stand at USD 54.7 million.
It aims to use the new funds to double its workforce to 180 over the next 18 months, improve the end-user experience, expand the type and size of policies offered, and introduce a new range of insurance services.
Analyst QuickTake: Honeycomb raised USD 15.4 million in a Series A funding round from Ibex Ventures in January 2022. These funds were used to develop its platform and expand in the US.
