ServiceNow and Microsoft partner to improve AI capabilities and enhance productivity

Partnerships

  • ServiceNow has partnered with Microsoft to leverage its GenAI capabilities. ServiceNow's Now Assist will be integrated with Microsoft's Copilot, combining two AI assistants for business enterprises.

  • The partnership aims to streamline productivity tasks and provide seamless support to employees by integrating Now Assist and Microsoft Copilot. The AI integration will enable smart hand-offs for employee requests between ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams, facilitating support issues and other tasks.

  • The collaboration will also allow employees to create Microsoft documents via ServiceNow prompts. The integration seeks to revolutionize workplace productivity and will be accessible in fall 2024.
