Red Hat and Intel partner to power enterprise AI solutions on OpenShift platform

Partnerships

  • Red Hat, a leading provider of open-source hybrid and cloud solutions, has partnered with Intel to enhance enterprise AI applications through the product, Red Hat OpenShift AI, leveraging various Intel processor technologies.

  • The partnership aims to deliver GenAI solutions across different cloud infrastructures, enhancing interoperability. It will offer cloud-hosted versions of Intel’s Gaudi AI accelerators, Ultra and Core central processing units, Xeon, and the Arc GPU.

  • Analyst QuickTake: As we emphasized in our Cloud Tech (Q1 2024) report, cloud-native technology is pivotal in driving the GenAI revolution by providing and optimizing the critical infrastructure needed to scale AI workloads. This partnership is another milestone in this journey, accelerating GenAI innovation and adoption by making Intel's advanced AI processors, such as Gaudi, available through Red Hat's cloud offerings.
