AstroNova, a data visualization technologies company, has acquired MTEX NS, a company engaged in digital printing technology, for EUR 24.3 million (~USD 26.0 million).

AstroNova intends to use the acquisition to enhance its product identification portfolio. It expects the addition of the product line from MTEX NS to expand its customer base and geographical reach. This collaboration will also allow AstroNova to expand its offerings in terms of sustainable packaging capabilities.

MTEX NS provides a range of specialized printing solutions including label, packaging, and direct-to-film printing. The company also offers wide-format and dual-sided printing for corrugated boxes and paper and caters to the healthcare, logistics, and ecommerce industries.

AstroNova designs and develops data visualization solutions, including product identification, testing, measurement, and analysis systems.
