Clinical trial technology provider Flatiron Health has teamed up with the Association of Cancer Care Centers (ACCC), a nationwide network of practitioners, to improve access to oncology-related clinical trials and refine the collection of clinical study data.

The partnership will focus on researching clinical trials that are taking place at community oncology practices and also promoting the use of time-saving technology. Through the partnership, Flatiron Health will make its clinical trial data platform, Flatiron Clinical Pipe, available to the ACCN to accelerate research, pull trial data automatically from electronic health records, simplify data transfers, improve trial efficiency, and enhance patient access to oncology-focused trials.

Through this collaboration, the collection and verification of trial data will be streamlined, ultimately benefiting patients on their path to accessing innovative therapies.
