Cerebras Systems partners with Aleph Alpha to develop secure sovereign AI solutions

Partnerships

  • Cerebras Systems, a developer of computing chips and systems dedicated to accelerating AI workloads, has partnered with Aleph Alpha, a German tech startup focused on LLMs, to facilitate the creation of advanced, secure AI solutions.

  • Through this partnership, Aleph Alpha will be the first to use Cerebras CS-3 AI supercomputers in its leading European datacenter, Alpha ONE. This collaboration is expected to provide the public sector and private businesses with a new class of AI model architectures for secure and trustworthy data management.

  • The partnership’s initial deliverables will include Gen AI models trained to the highest accuracy standards using BWI, specifically for the German Armed Forces. As part of the partnership, the firms will also explore the development of foundation models, multimodal models, and new model architectures.
