Fujitsu chosen by GENIAC to develop logic-reasoning LLMs

Partnerships

  • Fujitsu has been selected by Japan's New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) for the GENIAC (Research and Development Project of the Enhanced Infrastructures for Post-5G Information and Communication Systems/Development of Post-5G Information and Communication Systems) initiative to research and develop technology combining knowledge graphs with large language models (LLMs) to realize LLMs that enable logical reasoning.

  • The partnership aims to focus on technology that will reduce hallucinations in LLMs. The company plans to launch this technology in the Japanese market by 2024.
