French telehealth provider Doctolib has acquired Aaron.ai, a Berlin-based business that develops AI-based phone assistance solutions for use in medical practices. The terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.
With the acquisition of Aaron.ai, Doctolib plans to integrate the AI telephone assistant into its existing practice software, reducing the burden of calls for medical staff and cutting waiting times for patients. Beyond this year, Doctolib aims to launch diverse assistant services, including an advisory assistant, a personal assistant, and a financial assistant, to further bolster support for healthcare professionals.
Aaron.ai specializes in the creation of an AI telephone assistant, which is designed to streamline and enhance communication between medical practice teams and their patients. More than 3,500 healthcare providers in Germany make use of Aaron.ai's innovative AI solution.
