Granola, an AI-based notepad application, has raised USD 4.25 million in a funding round led by Lightspeed, with participation from Betaworks, Firstminute Capital, Otherwise, Uncommon, and several angel investors including Mike Krieger, Soleio, Hunter Walk, David Lieb, Mike Hudack, Gabor Cselle, and Andrew Parker.
The newly raised capital will facilitate Granola's post-launch operations.
Granola combines user-generated notes with AI-produced ones, creating a complete meeting transcript. Unlike other tools, its interactive AI feature fills in the details shared in a meeting after the user jots down key points.
