Spectrum.Life, which offers digital health and mental well-being solutions for employers, has raised EUR 17 million (USD 18.5 million) in an investment round led by Act Venture Capital, along with contributions from existing investors. This brings the company's total funds raised to EUR 25 million (USD 27.2 million).
The raised funds will go toward expanding the company’s headcount by 100+ employees in the coming 18 months, bolstering its current headcount of 260+ employees, and further advancing Spectrum.Life’s growth.

The company offers a suite of mental well-being services that include on-demand health and well-being specialists, mental health coaching, 24/7 counseling in over 35 languages, and personalized health plans. As of May 2024, the company oversees the well-being of 7.2 million individuals across the UK and Ireland via insurance policies, 3,000 corporate clients, and 50 university partnerships.
