Queen of Raw and SHEIN partner to launch fashion collection made using deadstock

Partnerships

  • Queen of Raw, a company that provides an excess inventory management solution for textiles, has partnered with online fashion retailer SHEIN to launch its inaugural sustainable collection, "SHEIN x Rescued." The items in this collection range from USD 9 to USD 29 and are made entirely from leftover fabrics.

  • The "SHEIN x Rescued" collection features 30 designs created by six independent designers, all experienced in ecological fashion. The collection is centered on summer clothing, such as halter-neck tops, cut-out-heavy bodysuits, and figure-hugging midi dresses.

  • SHEIN claims that this eco-friendly line has a lower environmental impact as it uses otherwise unused fabric. In addition, the company is moving from synthetic to recycled materials to decrease its carbon footprint by a minimum of 25% by 2030.
