Deep Blue Aerospace, a Chinese developer of commercial carrier rockets, has secured an undisclosed amount of funding—reported to be tens of millions of US dollars—during its recent Series B and B1 funding rounds.
The funding will accelerate the development of its reusable rockets, with the first launch of the Nebula-1 rocket set for the end of 2024.
Deep Blue Aerospace, founded in 2017, specializes in creating reusable rockets and aims to attempt China's first launch and landing of an orbital rocket. The company's products include the "Nebulae" series of launch vehicles and the "Thunder" series of liquid rocket engines.
