Maven AGI, a platform that employs GenAI for enterprise customer support, has raised USD 28 million in a Series A funding round led by M13, with participation from Lux Capital, E14 Fund, and prominent individuals from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe.
The funds will be used to expand its teams dedicated to engineering, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships. This will also aid in the further development of its platform and increase the customer base.
Maven AGI offers AI-driven customer support solutions, including GenAI chat agents that autonomously resolve inquiries across various channels, reducing the workload for human agents. Its Agent Assist tool integrates with major CRM platforms to enhance agent efficiency with real-time suggestions. The Smart Help Center improves self-service capabilities with accurate answers, while advanced analytics offer insights to optimize support operations.
