Singapore's Minister for Communications and Information has announced the launch of AI Verify "Project Moonshot." This initiative claims to be an easy-to-use testing tool devised to tackle security and safety issues related to LLMs.

This tool combines red-teaming, benchmarking, and baseline testing to provide easy-to-understand results on model quality and safety, even for non-technical users. Developed with partners like DataRobot, IBM, Singtel, and Temasek, Project Moonshot is part of a move toward global testing standards, with the AI Verify Foundation (AIVF) and MLCommons collaborating on a common safety benchmark suite.
