EHang partners with Xishan Tourism to develop low-altitude economy in China

Partnerships

  • EHang Holdings Limited, a leading autonomous aerial vehicle technology company, has agreed to supply Taiyuan Xishan Ecological Tourism Investment Construction Co. (Xishan Tourism) with eVTOL aircraft.

  • As per the agreement, Xishan Tourism will purchase 50 of EHang’s EH216-S pilotless eVTOLs and has already paid the full RMB 113 million (~USD 15.6 million).

  • Xishan Tourism will use these for aerial tourism, passenger transportation, and other applications at low altitudes while focusing on the development of a Low-Altitude Economy Industrial Park in Taiyuan. It will establish various centers related to command, operations, marketing, research, and after-sales service. With this partnership, both companies expect to create the largest operational base for eVTOL projects in North China.
