Snowflake collaborates with NVIDIA to develop custom AI applications

Partnerships

  • Snowflake, a cloud-based data and AI infrastructure company, has collaborated with NVIDIA to facilitate the development of custom AI data applications using NVIDIA's AI technology.

  • The collaboration will integrate NVIDIA AI Enterprise software into Snowflake's Cortex AI, a large language model (LLM) and vector search service. This integration will enable organizations to seamlessly connect custom models to diverse business data and deliver highly accurate responses.

  • Additional features, such as NVIDIA Triton Inference Server and NVIDIA NIM inference microservices, will also be introduced to improve AI deployment within Snowflake.

  • Analyst QuickTake: An increasing number of enterprises are leveraging NVIDIA's NIM microservices to automate AI deployment and inference, with recent partnerships including SAP and cloud-native tech companies Nutanix and Red Hat .
