Snowflake, a cloud-based data and AI infrastructure company, announced collaborations with multiple AI companies at the Snowflake Data Cloud Summit 2024 to provide AI/ML development capabilities to its customers through the Snowflake Marketplace.
The company partnered with Mindtech, a synthetic data generation platform, to launch its synthetic data training packs on Snowflake Marketplace. This allows joint customers to leverage synthetic data document packs to train AI vision systems faster and more accurately for specific use cases.
It also partnered with Tonic.ai, another synthetic data generation platform, to launch the Tonic Textual Native App in the Snowflake Marketplace. The app provides seamless and secure data redaction, tokenization, and synthesis of unstructured free-text data natively within joint customers’ Snowflake accounts.
In addition, it collaborated with Kumo AI, an AI/ML model development platform, to launch Kumo as a Snowflake Native App in the Snowflake Marketplace in a private preview. The app can be paid for with Snowflake Capacity commitment for eligible customers. It is built using the Snowflake Native App Framework, enabling data scientists to develop predictive models.
