Soli Organic Inc. unveils advanced indoor vertical farm in San Antonio

Product updates

  • Soli Organic Inc., a seller of fresh organic culinary herbs, has unveiled a 140,000 sq ft indoor vertical farming facility in Brooks Community in San Antonio.

  • This facility consists of six vertical layers for growing crops and designated sections for processing and packing using automation, lighting, and precision organic fertigation. The farm expects to produce ~10 types of crops, including organic greens and herbs.

  • The San Antonio facility uses a proprietary soil-based growing system that utilizes less water and land than conventional outdoor farming. The company also expects the facility to enhance local employment, food security, and economic growth.
