Lettuce Grow partners with Little Kitchen Academy to enhance farm-to-table classes for kids

Partnerships

  • Lettuce Grow, a company that supplies a hydroponic gardening system, has expanded its partnership with Little Kitchen Academy, a children's culinary school. By October 2024, every Little Kitchen Academy location in Canada and the US will be equipped with Lettuce Grow's Farmstand system.

  • Introducing Lettuce Grow’s self-watering, self-fertilizing Farmstand system into Little Kitchen Academy classrooms is expected to offer students an authentic farm-to-table experience during their cooking classes.

  • The partnership also aims to help children understand the cycle of food growth and consumption as they can use fresh herbs and vegetables produced from the Living Food Walls in the Academy.
