Pink Albatross (formerly Rethink Foods Company), a Spanish plant-based ice cream startup, has launched a new category of 100% plant-based ice cream products. These include Mango & Passion Fruit bars, Strawberry & Raspberry Fruit bars, and mini Belgian chocolate sticks in Double Chocolate and Hazelnut flavors.
This launch follows the company’s retail expansion in Spain, which added 500 new points of sale to its retail network, including supermarket chains like Alcampo, Carrefour, Dinosol, Upper, Sorli, and Valvi. Further, it expanded into Portugal and Belgium with new retail listings.
