NeuroFlow acquires Owl for undisclosed sum

M&A

  • Behavioral health tool provider NeuroFlow has acquired Owl, a company specializing in measurement-based care for behavioral health. The transaction, which was carried out for an undisclosed sum, was done to help Neuroflow create a comprehensive platform for behavioral health measurement and engagement. The goal is to improve patient outcomes and streamline care across the entire healthcare continuum.

  • Owl provides a measurement-based care platform that allows healthcare providers to track and measure patients' behavioral health outcomes, helping to enhance the effectiveness of mental health treatments.

  • Post-acquisition, Owl CEO Eric Meier will serve as NeuroFlow’s president of behavioral health markets. The combined entity will offer over 400 behavioral health assessments, available in multiple languages, and is expected to be responsible for over 17 million lives and support payers and providers in all 50 states.
