Volant Aerotech secures ~USD 14 million funding from its latest Series A funding round

Funding

  • Volant Aerotech, a Chinese company that develops, manufactures, and services passenger eVTOL, has secured ~CNY 100 million (~USD 14 million) via a Series A funding round. The funding round was led by QF Capital, with participation from Nanshan SEI Investment, Dunhong Capital, and existing investor WeLight Capital.

  • The funds raised will be used to support test flights and the trials of Volant's VE25 X1 validation aircraft and to develop and produce its AC101 aircraft to come to market by 2027.
