Archer Aviation partners with Signature Aviation to operate air taxis adjacent to US airports

Partnerships

  • Archer Aviation, an NYSE-listed eVTOL aircraft manufacturer, announced its collaboration with Signature Aviation by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The agreement gives Archer access to takeoff and landing sites in major urban areas across the US and the globe.

  • Archer and Signature's collaboration would utilize their existing partnerships with Beta Technologies to install the relevant airport charging station systems for the air taxis.

  • The partners expect to electrify initial launch locations by 2025, with the potential to expand to additional airports across Signature Aviation's global network, once Archer's aircraft becomes more readily available.
