Tinybird, a real-time data analytics platform, has raised USD 30 million in a Series B funding round led by Balderton Capital. Existing investors CRV and Singular Ventures participated. The round values the company at USD 240 million and brings its total funds raised to USD 70 million.
The company plans to use the funds to accelerate its growth, enhance its product offerings, and expand its global presence, enabling it to simplify real-time user-facing analytics for data and engineering teams worldwide.
Formed in 2019, Tinybird is based in Madrid and New York. Its platform helps businesses build real-time user-facing applications by ingesting data from various sources, transforming it using SQL, and publishing the results as low-latency, high-concurrency RESTful API endpoints or as sinks into downstream systems.
