Diagnostics and lifestyle product provider FOXO Technologies has entered agreements to acquire Rennova Health's healthcare subsidiaries, Myrtle Recovery Centers and Rennova Community Health, for a total consideration of USD 20.5 million.
The acquisitions will enable FOXO to leverage its epigenetic technology and AI solutions to enhance patient care and expand its market reach. FOXO aims to drive revenue growth from these acquisitions, earning a combined revenue of USD 18.7 million and USD 5.2 million in net income.
Myrtle Recovery Centers is a 30-bed behavioral health facility in East Tennessee that provides inpatient detox, residential treatment, and outpatient medication-assisted treatment programs. Rennova Community Health owns a critical access hospital, Big South Fork Medical Center.
