Huntress raises USD 150 million for strategic acquisitions and product development

Funding

  • Huntress, a cybersecurity firm focused on small businesses and mid-market companies, raised USD 150 million in a Series D funding round led by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, and existing investor Sapphire Ventures. The funding values Huntress at over USD 1.5 billion.

  • The funds will be utilized to develop cutting-edge endpoint, identity, cloud, and SaaS security products, make strategic acquisitions, and expand the company's go-to-market capabilities to reach the underserved small and mid-market segment.

  • Founded in 2015, Huntress has witnessed over 70% YoY revenue growth for the past two years and protects nearly 3.5 million endpoints and identities across over 100,000 customers. Its Huntress Managed Security Platform combines purpose-built security tools with a 24/7 expert Security Operations Center.
