Brex introduces digital banking products for startups

Product updates

  • Brex, a business expense card and payout management solutions provider, has launched new digital banking products and updates to its business account. These include a checking account, treasury account, and vault account.

  • Its checking accounts, powered by Column N.A., allows fee-free domestic transfers and international wires in over 40 currencies. The treasury account simplifies fund management and earns yield from day one, while the vault account safeguards capital across multiple FDIC-insured banks.

  • Analyst QuickTake: The launch of its new products for startups comes two years after it discontinued its services to SMEs and announced plans to cater to larger enterprise customers and venture-backed startups.
