XR training platform ARuVR launched a GenAI suite aimed at reducing XR asset creation times, accessible through its no-code authoring platform.

The suite consists of four main features: 3D Assets, which can generate 3D models from 2D videos; 360° Images, which can create immersive 360-degree images for XR experiences; 2D Images, which can generate detailed 2D images with adjustable aspect ratios; and Text to Speech, which can convert scripts into audio with customizable voices and speech speeds.

The company claims that the suite will reduce content creation time from months to minutes, facilitating high-quality asset generation in real time.

Analyst QuickTake: ARuVR initially launched its no-code authoring platform in April 2023 , enabling content creation on the VIVE XR Elite, Meta Quest Pro, and Pico 4 Enterprise headsets at the time. This made use of the company’s USD 3 million seed funding round in March 2022 , with proceeds allocated for product development.
