Virtual maternity care provider Pomelo Care secured USD 46 million in a Series B funding round led by First Round Capital and Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Stripes, SV Angel, Operator Partners, BoxGroup, Adam Boehler, and Puneet Singh. This brings the total funds raised by the company to USD 79 million.
The new funds will be used to advance Pomelo Care's partnerships with various insurance providers nationwide. As of June 2024, the company covers 3 million lives across 46 US states.
