KeyCare partners with Deaconess Health System to deploy virtual urgent care services

Partnerships

  • Virtual care provider KeyCare has partnered with Deaconess Health System, a health system serving patients across Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky, to roll out KeyCarel's virtual care platform across Deaconess' service area.

  • The collaboration aims to deliver consistent, quality healthcare to Deaconess' patients through virtual consultations.

  • Along with providing virtual urgent care to over 1.5 million Deaconess patients, this partnership also aims to include therapies for routine medical issues like colds, fevers, and urinary tract infections through telehealth services. It will also allow patients to schedule appointments and provide a reciprocal data flow between the patients and virtual care providers via Epic platforms.
