Sirius Aviation, a manufacturer of hydrogen-powered eVTOL aircraft, launched its CEO Jet and Adventure Jet on June 20, 2024, at the MOVE London 2024 Expo, developed under its partnership with BMW Designworks.
The CEO Jet is a luxury business aviation jet with 28 ducted fans powered by hydrogen fuel cells. It can support a range of 1,150 mi per flight trip at a reported speed of 320 mi per hour. In addition to the pilot, it seats three passengers. The aircraft also contains a booster battery pack (along with the main battery) that recharges during the flight.
The Adventure Jet is a passenger and cargo transport aircraft that can also be used for medical evacuations, search and rescue, firefighting, surveillance, and offshore operations. It is a five-passenger carrier aircraft that can reach the same speed and mileage as the CEO Jet, using its additional fuel tanks.
In February 2024 , Sirius Aviation received an order of 50 Adventure Jets from Mehair, an Indian seaplane operator, and another order in March 2024 of five CEO and Adventure Jets each from Parq Development an Indonesian tourism firm. By 2028, Sirius Aviation anticipates obtaining certification and commencing serial manufacturing of its jets.
