GenAI-powered protein generator EvolutionaryScale has entered a partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to distribute EvolutionaryScale's proprietary model, ESM3, to scientists and researchers to promote advancements in fields such as drug discovery and carbon capture.

The partnership leverages AWS' infrastructure and GenAI capabilities to offer the ESM3 model to the healthcare community, enabling the creation of new proteins and aiding with comprehending and designing complex multi-domain proteins. Using AWS Services such as Amazon SageMaker and HealthOmics, researchers can streamline drug discovery workflows with ESM3. 

EvolutionaryScale leverages advanced AI models to predict protein structures to support drug development, environmental remediation, and other biotech applications. Founded in 2023, the company’s technology builds on transformers-based models specialized in biological data, particularly protein molecules.
