Clair, an employee financial support platform that provides on-demand wage access, has partnered with Check, a payroll infrastructure provider, to integrate Clair's on-demand wage access solution with Check and expand its product reach.

Through the partnership, businesses using Check can integrate Clair's on-demand pay solution through their existing payroll systems, allowing employees to access their earned wages before payday. The collaboration allows Clair to grow its product reach by leveraging Check’s existing customer base.

Analyst QuickTake: Clair launched “ Clair for Employers ” last June, allowing employees to access their earned wages immediately after their shift through a partnership with Pathward , a commercial finance and banking-as-a-service provider. The company has also partially utilized its recent USD 175 million funding toward accelerating product adoption.
