Passenger eVTOL Aircraft

 <p>Eve Air Mobility, a company based in Brazil that produces eVTOL aircraft, disclosed that it has secured USD 94 million from a recent equity financing round. Embraer and Nidec Incorporation are some of the investors that participated.</p>
 <p>The funding will be utilized to advance the development of its eVTOL aircraft. Additionally, it’s expected to support the manufacturing of around 2,900 aircraft orders that Eve has received. The company also plans to develop Vector, its Urban Air Traffic Management software, designed for the optimization and growing eVTOL operations.</p>
 <p>As part of the funding agreements, dated June 28, 2024, Eve will issue and sell new 23,500,000 shares of common stock, each at a cost of USD 4. It will also exchange certain warrants for shares of common stock and grant warrants to some investors.</p>

 <p>The company plans to use the freshly acquired funds to broaden the array of its product offerings.  <p>Infinant, founded in 2020, has developed a cloud-based platform, termed as Interlace. This platform is instrumental in enabling banks to launch digital banking solutions and increase their scale.
