Väcka partners with Ditaly pizzerias to launch new vegan pizza

Partnerships

  • Spanish food tech startup Väcka has collaborated with Ditaly Pizzerias to launch "La Gazpacha," a new 100% vegan pizza. It contains two of Väcka's popular vegan cheeses: Mözza, a fermented cheese produced from melon seeds, and Fraïs with Basil, made with almonds, cashews, and fresh basil.

  • The La Gazpacha is made from a two-day-fermented pizza dough and is glazed in a variety of seeds, including sunflower, golden flax, pumpkin seeds, and more, to provide a crunchy texture. It is topped with San Marzano D.O.P. tomato, pickled gherkin slices, nera di Gaeta olive, and semi-dried tomato, and is claimed to have a fresh and aromatic taste.
