Juniper Travel Technology has acquired Lleego, a travel software company specializing in flight management and booking, for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition will allow Juniper to expand its Juniper Booking Engine product by integrating Lleego's flight booking capabilities, creating a new division called Juniper Flights by Lleego. This move aims to provide a comprehensive platform for flight distribution and enhance Juniper Travel Technology's offerings in the travel industry.

Lleego offers flight management and booking solutions, enabling travel agencies, tour operators, and other companies in the travel sector to distribute and manage flight bookings.

Juniper Travel Technology offers a booking engine for users, and is an operating group of Vela Software and Constellation Software.

Analyst QuickTake: Juniper previously acquired travel data services provider Vervotech in August 2023 , which allowed the latter to leverage Juniper’s booking engine to offer improved services to travel companies, in line with the company’s move to expand operations in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
