Cart.com, an ecommerce and logistics solutions provider, has launched Constellation warehouse and transport management (WMS and TMS solutions), making its proprietary WMS and TMS available as standalone offerings. These modules join the existing Constellation OMS, its distributed order management system, and can be used independently or as a combined application.

Constellation WMS powers warehouse operations from a single dashboard, offering omnichannel functionality, intelligent pick pathing, and waving features, streamlined receiving and processing, simplified returns management, and consolidated labor management. 

Constellation TMS provides automated multi-carrier, multi-service level transportation rate management tools, including dynamic rate selection, end-to-end visibility, and enhanced procurement.

Analyst QuickTake : Cart.com launched its Constellation OMS in February 2024, and raised USD 105 million in debt refinancing earlier this month, partially to enhance its technology solutions, particularly its Constellation OMS. Today, with the introduction of Constellation WMS and TMS, Cart.com will further strengthen its comprehensive suite of logistics solutions.
