Guesty, a property management software platform for the short-term rental industry, launched ReplyAI, an automated messaging service for guest communications. The AI-powered tool analyzes previous guest-host correspondence to generate accurate and timely responses.
ReplyAI uses GenAI algorithms and natural language processing techniques to construct messages that mimic the property owner's tone and style. It answers almost every incoming message, incorporates the customer's entire history, and is available in over 12 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Italian, and Portuguese.
Since its soft launch in February, ReplyAI has been adopted by over 40% of Guesty accounts, with users reporting that it saves them from writing more than 20% of messages sent.
