Supermicro introduces SuperCluster for NVIDIA omniverse with advanced GPUs to scale AI workloads

  • Supermicro, a provider of IT solutions for AI, cloud, storage, and 5G/Edge, is introducing a new addition to its SuperCluster portfolio named SuperCluster for NVIDIA Omniverse. The product is designed for high-performance AI-enhanced 3D workflows on an enterprise scale.

  • The SuperCluster for NVIDIA Omniverse can handle complex 3D and AI workloads. Its primary features include Supermicro NVIDIA OVX systems, up to 256 NVIDIA L40S PCIe GPUs, 4U PCIe GPU NVIDIA-Certified Systems for NVIDIA Omniverse, and scalability for enterprises with increasing workload requirements. It has 400 GB/s network speeds for exceptional scalability and security, and its systems are powered by 4 x 2,700 W Titanium Level PSUs.

  • Supermicro's new product claims to provide a single-package solution combining the capabilities of AI, 3D graphics, and application acceleration. The SuperCluster also claims to deliver high performance across the NVIDIA Omniverse platform, allowing widespread access to high-level GPU computing and facilitating the development of large AI models.
